Non-Refundable Fees
Any taxes, service charges, or convenience fees applied at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Partial Cancellation
If you booked multiple seats under one ticket, you can opt for partial cancellation. The refund will be calculated based on the cancellation policy for the canceled seat(s) only.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided, as it will be treated as a "no-show" case.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

To cancel a booking, please select the ticket/tickets from “My Account / Manage Booking”.
